Host was great. Car could’ve been better. A/C didn’t fully work. Had to switch it off A/C and on to make sure the fan didn’t freeze. Car smelled a little as well. But host was chill.

Everything about this trip was phenomenal! My host treated me wonderfully from the moment I picked up the car until the moment I returned it. The vehicle was an absolute lifesaver for me and my family, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. If I ever find myself needing a ride again, this will be my go-to host without a doubt. Smelled horrible like wet, dog man sweat and feces dog hair no floor mats maybe had been vacuumed, but not thoroughly it needed deep cleaning. It was awful.
I have received a 3rd opinion from a local detailer, and they believe that Linda is exaggerating quite a bit. While the car COULD have been slightly cleaner, a simple air freshener would have made it better.
We will be getting this car re-detailed before being rented out again, and have it smelling even better than it already did :)
