Owner was very fast to respond to messages ad very pleasant to communicate with when an issued came up with bad tires. A tire issue came up where I low air in 1 tire but I was told that all 4 tires were so old and that they all needed to be replaced. Owner was very fast to respond to my messages and immediately agreed to have all the tires replaced because I was going on a road trip. I have rented from other people before where issues came up and it was very difficult to communicate as the owners did not quickly respond to messages. This owner is very great to work with and provided a great car! A+ service!
