Overall, I had a good experience renting this vehicle. The owner was friendly, responsive, and checked in to make sure everything was going well. The only issue was that the A/C wasn't blowing very cold, especially while sitting still in the Florida heat. When I let him know, he immediately offered to let me get refrigerant and said he would reimburse me, and he also offered the option to cancel the trip if I wasn't satisfied. I appreciated that he was willing to make it right. Because of his communication and willingness to help, I would rent from him again.
