Lucky was prompt, professional and communicative. This was a smooth process and car was clean with no issues. Pick up a little confusing when locating the car but airport staff were very helpful. There are virtually no gas stations near the airport in Destin which made it a challenge to leave a full tank of fuel, resulting in an extra convenience charge. Overall a pleasant experience and would recommend to anyone needing a rental.
