I have never used Turo before. After working at Enterprise Rent-A-Car for almost 30 years, I never had the need. However, I finally tried it and LOVED it. Kenneth and the entire Turo experience were a chef's kiss. Honestly, way better than any Enterprise experience could be. Kenneth's communication was impeccable. The car was clean, gassed up and ready to go. I don't think I'll ever use a large carrier again for my personal trips. Thank you Kenneth. Super fantastic experience. 25 stars!!!
