Everything was mediocre, but I was able to get to my meeting in time. It took two days to get a response when the host suggested I couldn’t leave the DMV area, which is against Turo policy.
Not the worst experience, but hosts should understand Turo policy before trying to enforce imaginary rules. None of this is mentioned before accepting my payment, but they can’t enforce it anyway.
They can improve their customer’s experience by asking less personal questions and stop creating imaginary boundaries.

The quality of the car was great! It rode smooth, well and does great on gas!! It was clean from the inside and out. The host was wonderful too and checking in and out was easy definitely recommend and will be using again thanks again!!
