The car was great and the pickup went smoothly. I had to make an adjustment to my trip and Bob was very understanding and accommodating. Highly recommend!

Robert is easy to communicate with, he respond almost immediately. Pockup and drop off was easyat the airport. The car was clean, ran smoothly and gives good MPG which is great for the long drives in Alaska.

air conditioner was not consistently working.
Informed guest before he took possession that the new windshield has a chip and small crack that we were not able to change before his trip, and we had no other cars
available. He stated that was fine. The AC worked fine when tested. Guest had an issue setting the vents to blow out the dashboard
No smoking allowed
Smoking in any Turo vehicle will result in a $150 fine

Unreasonably dirty vehicles may result in a $150 fine
