Car had multiple dents, smelled like cigarette smoke and window was cracked.

Contacted guest regarding small windshield crack by previous guest and unable to fix before rental, guest agreed. No one has EVER smoked in car and it did NOT smell like smoke and was cleaned carefully beforehand. The car is 10 years old and body and paint is in great shape for its age and price refects that. The guest also unfairly dinged us on accuracy, maintenance etc without details. This guest would be better off with a much newer vehicle either from Turo or Rental agency.
