The host was easy to communicate with it only thing he accepted the extension and I had to return the car early due to maintenance and wasn't refund for the full day that I paid for.

Great host. Changed pickup location when requested. Very easy to work with. Super clean car.

From the very start I didn’t like that the vehicle didn’t have a lock box so we had to meet the host for the keys and I’m just the type of person that would rather just get in car and go. The car was clean, but the biggest downside and actual maddening was the AC. It would keep going out and only worked on face at certain fan speed. This was very inconvenient especially since me and my sister both had babies and I was constantly stressing they were going to overheat. I feel working AC is a must in Florida with the high heat. Also Bluetooth didn’t work and media button didn’t work. The engine light was also on. Host was good at communicating. At the end of the trip we had to meet him to give the keys back which wasn’t a big deal but would have preferred being able to just park and leave. Overall my rating out of 10 would have of been a 4-5. Wouldn’t recommend the car to a friend and wouldn’t ever get it again.
