Host was helpful, car was easy to find, the main things are when i picked up the car the tire light was on and the steering wheel makes a tapping/rattling noise when it shakes

My first Turo experience was great! From booking the ride, to needing to extend for a extra day last minute Camille was there to accommodate. Communication was on point and pick up and drop off was easy! Smooth ride. Well maintained. Drove so good I thought about making an offer to but it! Will definitely book again!

The owner of the car we rented made a false claim that we had damaged his vehicle. Thankfully, the TURO service representatives declined it because it was a pre-existing condition. If I ever go through TURO again, I will take close-up pictures of every inch of the vehicle inside and out to avoid being put in this position again. PHS from Michigan
