Turo has a very strict no smoking policy. Unfortunately, not all guests follow the rules. Thanks for letting us know. This will be addressed with the previous guest.

The vehicle smelled like someone smoked in it ( i understand to host cannot control that). The breaks feel a little off but all in all the my trip was good with no issues.

Thanks for reporting the smoking violation. It is unfortunate that some guests do not follow the NO smoking policy. Also be assured that our vehicles are serviced every 3-5 thousand miles or as needed and we follow up on all feedback. Thanks for being a great guest.
