This was my first time using Turo and I was a little disappointed. When I picked up the car, it had temporary place that were expired, the tire pressure light was on and a day into the trip the oil light came on. I was told the light is broken and I was supposed to have been notified of the plates before pick up but was not. They sent me the registration and said they’ve been having issues getting the permanent ones. Communication was good through the trip and they did apologize as well as cover my return parking, but I would have appreciated knowing ahead of time.
