The rental was a really good price for the type of car we needed. We wanted high mileage as we did a roadtrip and this hybrid delivered.

Unfortunately, this trip did not meet expectations. Upon pickup, the vehicle had a noticeable odor and the interior was not cleaned to the standard I expected, with visible crumbs and pet hair present throughout the car. The host did offer to vacuum the vehicle after concerns were raised, which I appreciated, but I still did not feel comfortable with the overall cleanliness and condition of the interior.
Communication regarding the concerns also felt somewhat uncomfortable and unresolved, which ultimately led me to return the vehicle early.
