Pickup was easy at the airport. Sadly our flight was delayed so we had to spend $24 on the parking since the car was there longer than expected. Car worked great and it was much cheaper to fill up since it’s hybrid. Would recommend.

Terrible communication for pickup, didn’t contact me until after my pickup time to tell me that plans had changed and this was only after I called them asking.
Turo considers a vehicle late only after 30 minutes past the scheduled delivery time. That said, we take full responsibility for the delay and learned a valuable lesson from this experience.
We had 10 deliveries within the same hour and built in extra time, but did not anticipate spring break in Seattle filling the garage and causing delays. Our drivers do not use phones while driving, which limited communication, so we quickly switched to curbside delivery and handed the keys directly to you.
