If I could put 0 stars I would. Turo review SEA
The host didn’t explain pick up location very well . The host also falsely advertised the vehicle condition. Do not believe the picture shown . The was blue tape holding the window wiper up on the back windshield. One of the tires was missing its wheel cap . The car smelled like smoke and there was an empty beer can in the trunk. Very unpleased and unprofessional. This car was a safety hazard and all the host had to say was “this vehicle is not refundable .” Please do not book with this car and company . They are trying to steal money from you

Unfortunately, this review leaves out important facts. We spent 30+ minutes helping this guest follow our clearly provided pickup instructions. The blue tape was left by the car wash and was not a safety issue, nor is a missing hubcap. She also claimed there was trash/beer can inside but provided no photos or evidence; our vehicles are cleaned before every trip. She then demanded a refund on a non-refundable booking, which is handled by Turo, not the host.
Easy communication with host. Makes a big difference.
