Brakes malfunctioned on the highway less than a mile from the pickup location. Could not get a full refund. I would not repeat this experience, personally.
Skyler, thank you for your feedback. To clarify, there were no brake issues with the car—the check engine light came on, which understandably caused concern. This Prius is well-maintained, but as a 10-year-old vehicle, occasional issues can happen. We addressed the problem right away and offered you a replacement vehicle, but you chose to cancel. Refund decisions are handled directly by Turo, not us. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

This was out first experience with Turo, and the vehicle worked out really well for us. It was clean and drove great, and was exactly as advertised. I would use again with no hesitation.
