car quality was amazing, directions were a little bit difficult to find, but overall easy process

Hill to the driveway was a bit crazy but that's the only thing to look out for! Li was great, communicated well and everything was as it should have been. He even went out of his way to help by taking the before photos himself. The Prius Prime I drove had fantastic MPG and ran smoothly. No issues. Would definitely rent from Li again.

Car was pretty good overall especially on gas but the AC didn’t work and I just so happened to get it on a couple of the hottest days :/
