The car and process were great! Finding the car was easy with the directions provided. The car was spotless and clearly well maintained and cleaned, and there were extra chargers for us to use.
I read reviews and car info prior to renting to see that I’d have to pay 37$ to get out of the airport parking and the host/team also shared this as well. It was worth it for the convenience and ease.
Our host checked in with us the day before our car return and confirmed when we’d return the car so they’d be available for assistance. I returned the car and then realized I forgot to fill up the tank. I let the team know and they offered to fill it up and send me the receipt and bill after. They did this quickly and sent the bill and receipt over as discussed. There was about a $10 convenience type fee for them filling the tank on top of paying for the gas we forgot. I was expecting a much higher fee lol so I was pleasantly surprised.
We always need a car when traveling through Seattle so we will definitely use again. We got about 50 miles to the gallon which is awesome too.
