The Toyota Corolla vehicle was mechanically very sound. The main issue was cleanlyness. There was dust on floor and dash area. This wasn’t the main issue, The primary problem was that at dusk, a grimy streaky film showed up on the windshield that interfered with clear visibility. Next morning, we bought a bottle of Windex and paper towels and wiped the entire windshield inside and out. We thought priblem solved, but not so fast. The following evening, the grime and streaks showed up again, and significantly so. Once again, spent time spraying and wiping. Finally, the grime began to clear after numerous wiping strokes.
My second gripe had to do with the location of the vehicle. We didn’t know where to pick up up until 48 hours before. Once the message with pickup locations arrived, n the list of options, it listed office parking lot 3 miles away. It turned out the location was just over 4 miles, with no shuttle nor other readily available form of transport to take us. We took an Uber at a cost of $35 each way plus tip.
Finally, we had questions about changing the pickup location as not knowing where to pickup, we had entered SEA/TAC International. This renter does not answer the phone and instead has an A.I. bot answering calls, which was not helpful.
I have to say, this was my first time using Turo and it was somewhat unnerving that there is no one to talk to about important questions, other than unintelligent bots.

We also offer airport delivery for about $60, but the free parking lot pickup option was selected to help save money. Public transportation from SEA is available for around $3 as well.

The host was available to answer any questions, we did have a hiccup with the pick up location but they were very prompt and helpful. If you do airport pick up you will have to pay to leave parking. Other than that it was a great car!

Absolutely loved the car, very roomy and comfortable to be in all day!!! Loved that it was a no contact delivery. Has really great mpg so we didn’t have to pump that much gas. The only thing is that the windows seemed dirty even after cleaning must be the cleaner that was used before.
