I am extremely happy with this car as well as renter/owner. The autopilot on the car makes a trip in an unfamiliar place much less stressful than it could be. The owner met us at arrivals for pick up and at departure for drop off and the transition was seamless both times. She was extremely responsive to our questions.

Absolutely amazing experience for my first Turo rental. The host was always quick to answer messages, especially leading up to pick up because our flight kept getting delayed in our departure city. I have a Model Y but had never driven an S before so I was extremely excited. This car beat every expectation I had by a mile. Could not imagine driving any other vehicle or having any other host for the next time we are in town to see our son. Thank you Narantsetseg!!
