Leaving me a 3-star review because I declined your request to drop off the vehicle 20 miles away from the agreed location late at night was disappointing and unfair. I was responsive and communicated clearly throughout the pickup and drop-off. I simply wasn't able to accommodate an unreasonable last-minute request.
Also, the vehicle's rim was damaged during your rental ($260 cost), and you denied responsibility when I brought it to your attention, despite the before/after photo evidence!
Everything was great, excellent host and car. Would rent again 10/10

Great Turo host! Arash has been the most flexible, and easiest Turo experience I’ve ever had from. I got to rent his Tesla Model 3 for a few weeks with my car being in the shop. He’s very responsive, easy pick-up and drop off, and again very considerate and flexible. Having such a flexible Turo host is great nowadays because some hosts have so many fees and charges just to change a pick-up time, or location of pick-up/drop-off.
