Ron is SO wonderful to rent from! I rented a Tesla for our family vacation. The car was clean and ready to go. Ron was very flexible and kind when we had to make some last minute rental extensions. Highly recommend you rent from him!!

The car was a mess when I picked it up, I had to spend about two hours cleaning it inside and out just to make it usable. The trunk hydraulic arm was broken, and when I was loading gear into it, the door fell and hit me in the head.
Then while I was driving from Seattle down through Portland, the frunk sensor malfunctioned, and was sending warning messages along with repeated loud beeping noises while I was driving. I pulled over and called the owner, who did not respond. I then called Turo, and they took care of getting the car towed and helping me find a new car. Then the owner tried to tell me I needed to try and charge the car which would have required me driving a car that is unsafe to drive to a charging location. He also told me that I needed to try and reset the car. Basically he told me that his problems were mine, not his.
I would avoid renting from this host.
