Charged a refueling fee plus convenience fee after having vehicle back in their possession for several hours. They dropped off the vehicle a day early because they didn’t want to drive through traffic to deliver the vehicle to me at the reserved time. Unprofessional.

We strive for clear communication and fair service. Due to a major highway closure (405 N), we coordinated with you to deliver the vehicle the night before so your 10:00 AM trip wouldn't be delayed, which you agreed to.
As for the fuel charges, vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level as received. The post-trip charges simply reflected the missing fuel plus the standard platform convenience fee. We appreciate your feedback and wish you safe travels.
Great communication made pick and drop off seamless. Car was perfect for our trip. Will definitely use again. So much better than renting a car at Sea Tac!
