First of all the car was parked in the airport parking and I had to pay $36 parking once I got the car from the 6 floors. They are not giving me that money back after I ask them about it. The car service engine light came on the next day and it drives like it needs a tune up.
We allow late-night deliveries so guests have rental options when other rental companies are closed. The airport parking fees are disclosed in our listing in multiple places, but unfortunately some guests do not read those details and later feel surprised by the charges.
To avoid future misunderstandings, we have decided to discontinue late-night bookings going forward.
Also, there is also nothing wrong with our car as the thermometer light notifies you the engine is heating to temp.
