Car was fine. Communication with the host was intermittent, especially when I asked if someone had smoked in the car. The listing said smoke free vehicle but clearly had a strong smoke odor. Otherwise average experience.

When concerns are reported, we do everything possible to address them, including deep cleaning, odor treatment, and the use of professional odor eliminators.

Car battery dead I rented this car for a day only drive it for a few hours
The vehicle was delivered in proper working condition and was driven without issue during the trip. Vehicle data showed normal operation, with battery voltage dropping only after the vehicle had been parked. We responded immediately when notified, arrived on site, and the vehicle started within minutes. We take maintenance seriously and investigate every reported concern.
