Car quality as advertised, Olivia was very helpful with information and directions before we used her car and afterwards making our experience great!

Very kind hostess. Car is a bit older (no Apple Car play, sunroof doesn’t work) but it drives great and is a great deal for a Mercedes!

Sorry the trip was impacted. Once notified, I took steps to address the issue promptly and ensure the vehicle was inspected. Guest safety is always a priority.
Nice car, carpet was a little dirty.
Olivia was very nice but late meeting us and late for the pickup, would not meet us at departures. Had to go to arrivals and then walk to the next level up with bags.

I met you at the scheduled time for pick up. For drop-off, you arrived earlier than the original return time, and I accommodated that change and met you at the airport arrival for convenience.
I also brought the vehicle closer so you did not have to walk far with luggage after your flight, with the goal of making the process smooth.
