Car a chemical smell that triggered an asthmatic and neurological reaction for me. I was given excuses but no real solution. I was told there wasn't a car to replace the one I had so I was stuck paying the bill for a car that made me sick. Fortunately Turo has claimed they will make up for the bad experience which is the only reason I gave 2 stars, instead of one. I could say a lot more about how unprofessional the communication was and how my medical issues were not taken seriously but I've spent enough time dealing with the headache (literally,and figuratively). If you have any chemical sensitivities, I would use extreme caution when considering their cars.
We're sorry this trip didn't work out. We did everything we could with the options available, including removing the air freshener, offering to end the trip early, directing the guest to Turo for a replacement vehicle and offering a free rental day. After 5,000+ trips, this is the first complaint of this kind and we believed we handled it the best that we could.

Easy pickup and drop off! Located next to bus stop. Great hosts and great car! My only complaint is that the Bluetooth worked for calls but not for media. Will rent from again! These folks are some of the best people to rent from! Which is why I keep coming back!
