The car is great, but the airplay keeps on malfunctioning. Other than that, no issue

Car was hard to find from photo and the gps was not a stand alone feature that i wanted the car for. Host response time was delayed, but there is a 3 hr time difference between us so its understandable. Otherwise the car worked well. No major issues.

This host and company went above and beyond for us. We only rented their Kia for a day to take a quick trip to Tacoma for a store we wanted to visit. Abdullah delivered the car to our hotel at a time we chose which he did not have to do. Then, right before he arrived to hand off the car, the elevator system went down at the Crowne Plaza and we were stuck on the 31st floor for like 30-40 minutes. Abdullah was kind and said he’d wait for us with no charge to us. This is an extremely professional company who went above and beyond for us when they never had to. I’m very appreciative for this company and will use them every time we visit Seattle. The car looked good and drove great. No problem whatsoever. Thank you very much for your time and excellent service!
