While the car did its job, it’s not what we expected. The car was significantly more worn than the pictures show. The windshield was cracked, the front bumper had a huge hole on the side, the hubcap was missing, and the list goes on. Unfortunately the biggest issue was the car was having issues hitting gears and causing it to spudder and skip while driving. While Bao was great and he worked with us when we had to change our reservation, the pictures should be updated for the car so people know what they are getting.

Hello you have rented a 2016 vehicle that has been well loved and rented on the platform! The car is strong but has some minor cosmetic imperfections which I have accounted for in the lower prices. A friendly recommendations if you want a higher nicer model car, then you would spend more money to rent higher end and newer model vehicles.
The car was great! Cheap and got from point A to point B like we needed! There was a little bit of an accelerating issue where the car shuddered going up inclines but it’s 10 years old so what do you expect? Overall worth it and would rent from Bao again!

Car worked really well for the drives to the national parks however car wasn’t as it appeared on the profile..it has seen some significant wear and tear to the body and the exterior was dirty upon pickup. Inside was perfectly fine though and Bao was very responsive and accommodating.
