Came to Washington for my birthday trip with my partner! Airport pickup was direct and quick. Parking ticket was over the said cost. No phone holder or CarPlay- keep note of that if you’re a tech-y person. There’s bluetooth fortunately! AC stopped working second day in. Was contacted instantly for a slight discount due to inconvenience on the trip. Noticed mold on all of the seats (probably previous Turo renters smoking in the car- read in the reviews), warm weather wasn’t helping with the smell. Simple car if you’re underage and trying to get to one place to another.

This car was super comfortable and absolutely amazing!!! They were very responsive to questions and had ZERO problems!! Even tho the AC didn’t work I would definitely rent from this family again!!! They are very very nice and the car ran amazing and everything was great!! Thank you so so so much!!!
