Never, never, never use this renter. They lied. The car is in rough condition. They are a terrible reflection on the Turo service and should removed from the app.
Mark, your statements are misleading. You booked the car, then later asked for it to be near the Space Needle. I parked it as close as safely possible and offered to help with Uber costs. During the trip, the car was taken off road, returned well over the mileage limit, and the seats were damaged. This resulted in standard Turo charges, which seems to be the source of your frustration. I aim to provide a smooth and honest experience for all guests and will continue to do so moving forward.

The pickup was straightforward and the host communicated well. The car was clean and drove smoothly. However, the windshield wipers didn’t wipe well. Thankfully it didn’t rain while I had the car, but I noticed when I tried to clean the windshield. The other downside was that the windows have a pretty heavy tint, which made it really difficult to see at night and in parking garages. I wasn’t very comfortable driving this car at night. I rolled down the windows to be able to see the side mirrors better when changing lanes.

The cars quality was ok. Figuring out the Bluetooth connection was a bit difficult and the car is a sport/low car. Getting out wasn't the most comfortable. Bit pricey for a 2016 car that has damage on all sides, paint chipped off and the window rubber wasn't cleaning the window correctly probably bc or damage. On top of all this i just wanted to pick up the car a bit earlier and it would have been $75 so Not sure if I'll book this car again.

Bluetooth can take a moment on first connection but works reliably once paired. All cosmetic details are photographed in the listing. The window issue was from worn wipers, which we have since replaced and they now work like new. For early pickups, Turo automatically charges the 24 hour rate. Hosts cannot change this as it's tied to insurance coverage.
