I never received instructions on retrieving the car after initial communication with the host. I had to call the host 15-20 minutes before my rental started, at which point the host realized that they had to deliver the car to me.
The car was almost an hour late when delivered to the location I indicated, which caused me to miss and be late for meetings the first day I was in town.
While the car was clean on the inside, the exterior of the car was dirty and the windows were smudged/not clean which affected visibility.
