We had a fantastic trip with Hung. The car was smooth, easy to drive, and very clean. Hung was an excellent communicator throughout the process and was available for any questions. I would highly recommend Hung and this car if you are in need of a car rental.

Hung was a great host, very responsive and caring! I had a good experience with daily driving and it was an easy pickup. This was my first time using Turo and Hung made it super smooth!

My flight was cancelled while I was on the plane, and I kept Hung updated throughout my journey. I ended up rebooking for the following day and amended the car booking through Turo. At that point, Hung expressed concern and asked me to change the booking back to the original time, explaining that he could have had another booking for that day and would miss out on the extra $40. Although he had my flight information in advance and knew the situation was beyond my control, he still insisted I adjust the reservation. I understand his position, but I was hoping for a bit more understanding and flexibility given the circumstances.

The car itself was good - no backup camera as listed, but the beeping sensor worked fine. Pick-up and drop-off were easy; Hung picked me up from the airport and dropped me off at a parking lot 10 mins away and the same for the return trip. Depending on the time you might need to Uber there. Overall, it was a good experience.
