When I initially booked the car, I had questions and I was impressed because the owner called me right away. He was also there at the lot when I returned the car so we were able to tell him about our experience. I am giving it 4 stars instead of 5 because the car did not have heated seats or a sunroof as advertised. We also had a difficult time finding the car in the large lot, and only 1 photo to reference to try and find it. When I called about that issue, I was told i just needed to look and find it and the picture I was given was good enough. Overall, I would rent from him again. The customer service was good and the car got us where we needed to go without any issue

The car needs maintenance: the engine light is on, the wipers need to be replaced, and the audio system does not work—neither Bluetooth, cord connection, or the radio.
Sorry, it is being repaired now. Should be good to go on the next trip.
