Troy is easy to communicate with. I had to shorten the trip due to sickness and he had no problem with it.

Troy was great. Very responsive and checked in to see how things were going. The car was in good condition. Had a minor issue but he was right on top of getting it addressed. I would rent from him again!

Pick and drop off were easy but the car overheated and the we couldn’t open the coolant tank cap.
