Great communication. And great car. I was initially thinking an SUV, but had never driven in Seattle before. The Spark was DEFINITELY the way to go! Will 100% get this car again in the future.

The car served its purpose. We needed a fuel efficient car with a big miles allotment included in the rental as a large majority of our trip involved driving. However, the rental process began with an undisclosed parking fee of $37, after already paying a $30 delivery fee to have the car brought to the airport. The host gave instructions on how to pay, however when at the booth at the airport the attendant told me that the host swapped the parking tickets and that’s why there wasn’t anything in the car for me to turn in, this was frustrating. The car itself was not entirely cleaned out and still had bits of food and such in it upon entry. There is also a lot of exterior damage, including scrapes on the front end and a large dent on the backseat driver side door. The speakers in the car are also blown so there were a great number of songs we could not listen to without crackling noises taking over the speaker or just the songs cutting out in general. The driver side sun visor did not work properly and was unusable and the passenger side was difficult to latch and unlatch as well. The driver side mirror had some sort of film on it that I could not clean off at a gas station or anything which made the mirror foggy, this made it essentially unusable for night driving as I could not tell how far cars were nor how many cars were there.
Communication with the host was quick and efficient but often felt as though the host was inpatient or rude when communicating, at one point stating they weren’t willing to “eat the cost” of parking the car at the airport. On multiple occasions, the host asked for a five star rating, claiming if I gave them a five star rating they would give one to me in return as a renter, however, that does not feel appropriate giving the circumstances listed above.
