Thanks for being a wonderful guest. we left you a discount for your next trip.
Car was great, rode smoothly. My only suggestion might be to make it just a little clearer where in the lot the car is parked… had to search for it a bit before I found it. Otherwise I’m sure I’ll rent again. Thanks!

Thank you, Nikki, for the 5-star review! We’re happy to hear that you enjoyed the Malibu and had a smooth ride. Regarding the pickup location, we attempted to call you multiple times to provide clear instructions and help you locate the vehicle, but unfortunately, we weren’t able to reach you. We always do our best to make pickups as easy and convenient as possible. We appreciate your feedback and We did leave you a discount for your next trip look forward to hosting you again!
