Would not recommend this provider- the car had a broken mirror, front drivers lock was ripped out, windshield wiper flew off while in use, and does NOT have apple car play despite being billed as such. Saw another car drive out of the lot with a taped on headlight. Provider also wanted to charge me an additional fee not listed on Turo to drop off at the airport.

Pickup was easy. The host communicated effectively and in a timely manner. When I had an issue they made sure that they addressed it and reassured me that I wouldn’t get charged for things already wrong.

Visiting Seattle from Austin, didn’t plan on renting a car cause we heard public transportation is amazing. Got to Seattle and climbed a few hills before I decided we did in fact need to rent a vehicle. Bao was super helpful and very responsive with directions on how to pick up the car. The vehicle, while an older model is definitely safe and reliable. I drive downtown at night in the rain so I was a little worried about the tires. They didn’t budge on those steep hills so was immediately put at ease about that. It’s very gas conserving as well. I appreciate Bao renting us his vehicle for the few days we had it. Till next time PNW 💚
