Host had good response time and customer service any question I had was already answered in details if not and I asked him he wouldn’t mind responding and he responds really fast and on top of that the car is really really nice car comes full tank so keep in mind you have to fill it back up once you are done with your trip and this was just nice in general

I had a fantastic experience with my Turo hosts. Their communication was excellent throughout the entire rental process, and they were always quick to respond to any questions. The customer service was outstanding and made everything easy and stress-free. The 2021 BMW 540i was spotless, well-maintained, and an absolute joy to drive. I thoroughly enjoyed exploring the Olympic Peninsula in such a comfortable and powerful vehicle. The car performed flawlessly and added to an already incredible trip. I highly recommend both the hosts and their BMW to anyone visiting the area.
