The car drove nice, but unfortunately upon pickup we discovered the right side mirror could not be adjusted. After reaching out to Serhii, he acknowledged that this was a known issue (which was not disclosed beforehand), and that it could be manually adjusted. We could not figure out how to manually adjust the mirror so we just lived with the minor inconvenience during the rental.
The more annoying part of the rental was the fact that Apple CarPlay was unreliable and would disconnect occasionally while driving which was very inconvenient. There was also about a day and a half period where it would simply not connect to our phone at all. It somehow started to function again randomly but it was annoying not having it during this period.

Regarding the mirror, we explained that although the electronic adjustment wasn’t working, it could be adjusted manually, and we were available to help. As for Apple CarPlay, this is the first we heard of any issue, and previous guests had not reported one. Connectivity can sometimes depend on the phone or cable. Had you contacted us during the trip, we would have gladly helped troubleshoot both issues.
Car was CLEAN with a new car smell on the interior. The outside had a few minor scratches here and there but nothing that would raise the eyebrow. Car and all technically functions worked to a T. Very trustworthy and helpful host. - First time Turo user
