Communication not clear
Thank you for your feedback. The vehicle was professionally cleaned, inspected, and fully prepared before the trip, and clear instructions were provided. The car was returned later than expected, with less fuel, and without the parking ticket, which resulted in additional costs. There were also periods without response during the trip. We always aim to provide a smooth and professional experience.
