I enjoyed the car. There was a heavy smell of smoke but other than that it was good

We always prepare the vehicle carefully before each trip, including detailed cleaning and odor treatment. This car is strictly non-smoking, however in rare situations previous usage can leave a light residual smell despite our efforts.
We’ll continue refining our process to ensure the best possible experience for every guest.
