Car is in good condition and pick up and drop off were straight forward. This was our first time in a Tesla and electric car and that was definitely a learning curve. Jessica was very communicative and responsive. Great host.

Car was easy to locate and was pretty clean. Heavy smell of smoke initially that needed additional cleaning to use without triggering my asthma. Not sure where that smell originated from.
