Easy car pick up and drop off.

The car was not entirely clean when I received it — there was dirt in the trunk and some stains on the back seat. It wasn’t a huge issue, but it was noticeable.
Communication could also have been better. I arrived about 10 minutes early and called to ask if I could receive the check-in instructions a bit sooner. The repeated response I received was, “Did you read the instructions?” which came across as somewhat unfriendly. Overall, the experience was okay, but there is definitely room for improvement in customer service and vehicle cleanliness.
