It was more of a hassle then it was worth and they showed up at Seattle airport with inop windshield wipers and a screw in the tire. Keep in mind it was raining, obviously. When I stopped them and showed them they told me to take care of it. They were very hard to communicate with and made me feel like an inconvenience even after being an hour early to return. I’ll be more careful in the future.

While tire punctures from road debris can happen unexpectedly on the road, we apologize for any miscommunication regarding how to address it. We never intend to make guests feel inconvenienced.
