The host changed the delivery location without my approval and charged a $100 delivery fee that I never requested.. Turo Customer Support refunded the unauthorized charge. I recommend reviewing all charges carefully when booking with this host.
Thank you for your feedback. The vehicle was delivered exactly as requested in the reservation. The delivery location was selected by the guest, and hosts cannot change it. It is disappointing to see a claim that the delivery was unauthorized after the requested service was provided. Pickup at my home address is always free—delivery fees only apply when delivery service is selected. We remain committed to clear communication and honoring every reservation as booked.
