Excellent service. The instructions for pick up and drop off were timely and clear. The car was really nice, clean and comfortable. Henry was very responsive with messages. Will definitely book with him in future and will highly recommend him to others as well.

The car overall worked well for our trip, comfortable for highway driving and plenty of trunk space for luggage. For a performance car, we got 25 MPG in eco mode. However, the driver side door did not lock at all, which made it impossible for us to leave belongings in the car. The front brakes are warped, and shook the car under braking. And various electrical elements worked intermittently, including the backup camera and rear tailgate.
