5 stars doesn't seem like enough to rate the level of care from Cole. The car was awesome but Cole's rapid responses and extreme patience while I asked first timer questions about the Tesla were above and beyond! If you're on the fence about this rental or another, choose this one!

Everything was great, we love Teslas, but make sure the loud noise (like a motorcycle) in the front is fixed before you rent.
