I would give Cole a 10-star rating if I could. When our flight to Bangor was cancelled and we could only get to Manchester, NH, Cole sent one of his employees the next morning to pick us up in the car. That was a 3.5 hour drive each way. This was one of the best customer services experiences I’ve encountered in my 62 years of living. Thanks Cole and Michael for rescuing us!
As fast as the vehicle goes, it was a little worn on the outside, but comfortable and clean on the inside. The car got 37 MPG and included adaptive cruise control and auto steering to keep you in the lanes.
