Everything, including the host, was great except for the tires. They were bald and a small nail was able to puncture it. Also caused me to hydroplane for a few seconds, even going a few below the speed limit.
When given a vehicle to a rental we inspect the vehicle constantly, we have no control of the vehicle once it leaves the lot. In the streets, there’s always objects that can cause a flat or a low pressure and that is out of our control . We make sure our guests have a great experience and are safe.
