Car had mechanical failure mid trip I wasn’t refunded for this nor were they willing to help . My special needs child and I were left stranded and missed a funeral host had zero empathy or care just simply demanded they would come get the car

To whom it may concern,
The guest had the vehicle for nearly one month when reporting a warning light. We immediately offered to pay for an Uber for guest and child for their safety, while Turo handled the claim, but the offer was declined. When recovered the vehicle, it was dirty and was operational and inspected right away. The diagnostic indicated a sensor issue beyond our control. As Turo hosts, we are required to follow policies regarding claims, refunds, and replacements. Check reviews
